Applied online and was contacted for a phone interview with recruiter. Phone interview went well enough to set up an on-site interview the following week. The in-person interview was scheduled for three hours. First was a tour of the building with a (different) recruiter, followed by 15 minute overview with a Senior SDR. Then was 30 minutes of job shadowing, in which the nice SDR I was paired with made around 20 calls and got no answers. Obviously, not his fault, but they then expect you to cold call live and real prospective businesses. How am I supposed to do so when I wasn't able to hear an actual call? Never having made a cold call in my life, I was nervous to say the least. Then came time to interview with an SDR Manager. He was friendly and laid-back, asking normal interview questions, before letting me ask any questions. Told me about the next step process and received a "Thanks but No Thanks" email nearly 24 hours later.
