Ive been invited to the initial interview, which was average I would say. After the interview Ive waited for over a month to get any information from the company. When I finally got an answer, the reasons for not accepting me were not explained at all, although tried.

Entretien
Three part interview process with HR, techical and CEO. Was friendly, but serious. Mainly situational questions on the second and third interview so they are really interested to see how will you manage different situations.

Entretien
There are three interviews:
- HR interview
- Technical interview
- Interview with the director
HR interview is a classic form discussion about previous experiences, hr questions, and a personality test.
The interview is conducted in English.
Easy interview
The second interview is the technical one. There are to senior delivery managers interviewing the candidate.
Questions are related to project management, process management and Scrum.
The interview is conducted in English.
Hard interview.
The thirds and the final round is an interview with the country manager and a delivery director.
Relaxed discussion about project management, experience, long term career plans, and similar.
The interview is conducted in English.
Easy interview.
Overall impression is absolutely great! People were positive and open during the interviews.
Enjoyed the process, which took about 3 weeks.
