Long interview process and then at the end of the process they never gave a yes or a no, they just ghosted me. I find companies that handle their hiring process like this unprofessional, how can someone improve in their professional life if they don't recieve crucial feedback. I think even if I was offered a position 6 months down the road I would say no, not respecting the time of candidates is red flag behavior.
