I had applied for the Information Technology graduate position in EMEA. I was invited for an interview in Brussels, Belgium. The interview panel consisted of a Business Analyst and someone from the HR team. The next steps would have involved further rounds of interviews with the Senior management.

Question 1
The questions were fairly conversational in nature and difficult to be classified. What was a bit of a surprise was that they did not seem clear on what they wanted. Also, they were looking for someone who would spend a lot of time at remote locations in Texas.
