Initial contact over phone, two very straightforward interviews (one with supervisor, one with store manager). Store manager maintained contact with me and often informed me of the status of my application. After the initial contact, it was only 10 days before the job was offered. Including the completion of all necessary paperwork, I was on the floor within 2 weeks.
