group- interview : it was a great experience. this cool authentic guy took us down to the stock room and began to ask us to present ourselves. he the asked only 3 questions
1.why we chose levis
2. where do we see ourselves in 5 years
3. what do we describe a good customer service experience.
he also told us to ask him a question.

to me none of them were difficult. to say but i think it was unexpected for him to ask us to ask him something. i was rethinking in my mind what the heck was i going to say .

Entretien
It's a group interview, amount of people varies but can be 10+. They ask you to talk about yourself but also do some exercises seeing how you engage with others and work as a team. You should wear jeans to the interview.

There's an exercise where you get paired with another candidate and you have to try and convince the managers to hire them (testing sales skills, working memory, teamwork abilities)
The interview process was straightforward and conversational, with general behavioral questions focused on fashion awareness, interest in the Levi’s brand, customer service experience, and discussing personal strengths and areas for improvement in a retail sales environment.

How do you stay informed about current fashion trends and styles?
We were in a group and had to pick clothes out for a theme and present on why we chose those specific clothes. They gave us time to pick our clothes using ones from the store.
