The interview process was very smooth and pleasant. I was referred to LevelUp through a former employee that used to work there. From application to offer it took less than 5 days. I initially received an e-mail that they wanted me to conduct a interview over the phone with a small written support oriented exercise. My phone interview and responding to the e-mail took less than 30 minutes. I received a reply a day later inviting me to interview on-site. After 4 rounds of interviews and then a fifth conversation going over salary, benefits, start dates and any other information I needed. And they gave me the opportunity to ask questions I still had at that point. I was there less than two hours and had a very pleasant experience. Their questions were very concise and were all related to my previous job experiences. I received a phone call with a job offer 2 days after my interview date.
