After an 8 week gap between application and initial email, I had 3 interviews which were eventually scheduled despite some email snafus with the HR recruiter who couldn't keep track of her emails. After we eventually got three interviews scheduled I was ghosted after the entire process with no followup or contact. Company doesn't care about potential candidates, just its awards.
