Screening call with the VP of HR. He had asked questions around my experience with D&I, roles that I have recruited for, managing stakeholders, using data to change hiring teams decisions. Nothing challenging very standard questions for when you are interviewing for a senior position.
Surprisingly he had explained that the recruitment function is very chaotic, they can hire grads but struggle to secure mid+ level people to the business. Also, the organisation organisation does not see the recruitment function as a partner which is one of their biggest challenges at the moment.
Have not received feedback from my interview which is very disappointing. No wonder they struggle to secure good talent!
