I first had a call with the recruiter. I enjoyed speaking with the recruiter and was then moved onto the next round with a manager. I was shocked at how unprofessional the manager was. She told me the pay is low for the role and that the position will be a lot of hard work (which will make it worth it). There were many red flags in the conversation. I decided to withdraw my application afterwards.
