The process involved an interview with a very nice Founders' Associate and a session at their office, where I was interviewed by a potential teammate as well as by one of the founders: both were very competent and nice as well. The interviews involved a real-time case study and some other questions. Ultimately they decided to go with a former employee who decided to rejoin the company, but the experience has nevertheless been very pleasant and positive, and I appreciated them giving me precise and timely feedback. Absolutely recommended despite the outcome!
