There was a couple of phone interviews before a two hour long Skype video with five people in the department. It was intimidating, but the employees were very nice. The worst part about the interview was just how long it took.

They took me on a quick tour of the office and then sat me in a room labeled "Gotham City" where I had two separate interviews with the managers I would be working with.
