The interview consisted of 3 rounds. An initial phone call followed by an online interview with the manager and a final face to face interview.
The HR team and Lending Metrics is really nice and clear with communication. However, the Managers are really confused with what they really wanted to convey. They are advertising the opening for Business Analyst but they want someone who knows in depth finance, data analytics and science and also has outlook about business. Now I am not from a finance background, they acknowledged it yet in the face to face interview round asked about everything in finance. Moreover in the online interview, its a general courtesy for the interviewer to create a atmosphere which is encouraging but the Manager was really laid back for the whole interview with no interest in the answers, felt like he was conducting the interview for formality.

This was my 2nd time with LendingMetrics, the first time, recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and post-screening call they said I haven't been successful wherein mostly admin questions were asked. I understand, since I was at the start of my career in the UK back then. The feedback was that my salary expectations for the role was above their range but the HR confirmed on the screening call that it was "well within their range"
2nd time, which was last week, I applied through their site for the Business Analyst role, they quickly responded with a third-party behavioural and IQ based assessment which I did pretty well on and got feedback from the third-party. Post which, I was scheduled for a screening call, again, it was admin-related questions, where I was happy with their conditions and the HR was okay with circumstance. There were no competency based or even questions related to my profile were asked not even a walk me through your CV, it felt as if it was a informal meeting to the next stage but they came back and said I was unsuccessful in the screening call. I'm yet to hear feedback as to why.
