Friendly intervier, they introduce their company, poducts.
You need to introduce your self as well.
They will also ask some tech questions, most of them are some generic questions they don't have a definite answer, it depends how you express your idea

Really fast interview process:
Phone screen was fast. Went over career aspirations and what you are looking for in the role.
Face to Face interview was with one leader and one developer. Asked technical questions to gauge competency.
Followed by a Technical 'pairing' session. I would not call it a pairing session by a long shot. You have to share your desktop while you code and they tell you what to do. I have had far better pairing sessions when you can bounce ideas off the other person and they are willing to help. Questions were very vague and not very clear as to what they were asking of me.

Went in for a talk to the CTO Glen. Talk went quite well and was mainly discussing how the business was working and developing it's tech stack, what I would be doing if I came on board, future of the company etc.
I was speaking with the CTO and he seemed very friendly and was told I would get a technical challenge as the next step. I never had any contact after that and was told by a recruiter a week after that they are no longer hiring for the position even though I was amazing.
