They approached me and brought me in for 3.5 hours of on-site interviews which all went well. A few days later I got an email saying they wanted to move forward with bringing me on board as a contractor. Then two weeks went by and I heard no communications from the company. Finally, they sent a bland message saying they were not moving forward with my candidacy.
