I was working with a lady and every time we spoke she would bring a new job. I did their homework about 3 times. It was constantly changing and took about a month to finally get a final interview. I was turned down for that, but offered to interview for yet another position. It was just exhausting at that point. I went from applying for one position to interviewing and attempting to land 4-5 other jobs. I was very disappointed with the process.

I had a very simple initial phone interview. It seemed to go well and I was informed about how the company operates. I followed up and was told I was not chosen to move forward.
Multiple rounds with multiple different managers typically. Questions mainly pertaining to critical thinking, self-leading, and past experience related to underwriting. Most of the leads who conduct or sit in on the interviews make decisions based on favoritism.
