Before applying or interviewing, just know you have a long process ahead of you. My interview process started out great, but similar to what another person said, it felt as if I was being interviewed not based upon the position but rather how the hr team had conducted my previous interviews which I thought was odd and inconsiderate especially because of how much time and energy I had spent. I think it would have been nice for them to show more interest in my skills and experience rather than how they conduct things at Lemonade.
