I was quickly called for a phone interview and since my current job isn’t ending for a few months we agreed that I should call back but the call went very well. I asked about salary range and remote options. Remote options do not exist (nor does relocation assistance). Salary range is based on the individual is what I was told. I asked to move forward in the process as I was very interested in the position and thought I might go ahead and consider an early move if the salary was right. I’ve been ghosted! It was such an exciting opportunity to be snuffed out by a very unprofessional and cold close.
