Firstly the interviewer was kind, Fridley and nice. However during and at the end of the interview she kept insisting to know my expected salary! however i have told her it will never exceed the company budget! but she ignored the answer just to hear her expectation towards my expectations of the position salary! Be aware that they have no standards about the manning nor the budget and they have no clue of that. They will masseur your experience not based on it but based of what they can effort only. They are not professionals even to return back to you by giving a hint or feedback of your interview. I'm not recommending such companies at all.
