Overall a poor interview experience.
First you talk with a manager who doesn't ask anything about your experience. He asks typical programming interview questions that he got off Google. No thought required, just spit out definitions. If you google C# interview questions, you'll have his questions in front of you.
After that interview, they use a 3rd party consultant to conduct a "tech interview". This interview is literally an hours worth of rapid fire questions to see if you can recite definitions like you're Google. The interviewer was nice and he's a somewhat known consultant, but it was one of the most bizarre tech interviews I've had.
After passing that interview, you're put through another panel interview. This was the worst part of the whole process. Because of Covid restrictions, my panel interview was completed over video conference. The first sign of a bad experience was when I was the only person with my camera on. If you're going to interview someone and require their camera to be on, how about you turn yours on too, so I don't feel like I'm talking to a wall. I feel like each person that interviewed me wasn't listening and had their own agenda to complete. For example, I was asked MORE technical questions to recite like a dictionary. This is after 2 full interviews of tech questions. Like, really? Then the interviewers asked me the same questions their colleagues had just asked me! Were you paying attention??
After all this, I was given an offer, but it was rescinded the Friday before my scheduled start date. Classy move.
In the end, I'm glad I'm not working for this company. They obviously don't know how to treat their employees and prefer their engineers memorize Google. I'm sorry if you end up working for QTC. They underpay and undervalue their software engineers.
Thanks for your feedback. QTC does have a very detailed interview cycle and a background check as we continue to look for some of the best talent to fill our open positions. We're sorry that your experience was not positive. We will continue to work towards further improving our processes, including the interview, background checks, and on-boarding. Best of luck to you on your job search.

The job was advertised as 'visit the office once or twice a month', but the recruiter immediately said that it was actually fully on-site for at least the first few months. He was polite and upfront about this, and said he'd look around and see if anything was available with a hybrid schedule. 3 or 4 days later, I was informed via automated email that my application had been closed. I appreciate that the HR person was up front, but disappointing to see yet another bait-and-switch hybrid role job description.

3 interviews:
1 with management and technical.
1 with 153 questions test.
1 with panel.
Be prepared, you are a number being put through the process. I bailed at the start of 2nd interview when I found out it was 153 questions test and more interviews were required. The process was kinda cold and gave me insight into what management would be like.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
160 technical questions in all minus the panel ( althoughit is scenario based)
