Very unprofessional interview that didn't help anyone reach a decision about my skills or ability to do the job. Interviewers were not very good at their a jobs and HR didn't bring in the right people.
It started with a screening phone call. Afterwards, I was offered 1:1 remote Teams call following. Easy process. It may have taken a little while to receive a result, but that was most likely due to the number of applicants.

Interview was conducted onsite with the Program Manager and a Senior Project Manager. The approach was much more relaxed than some of my previous interviews and they made me feel at ease.
