The interview itself was a pretty smooth process. Asked project management, resume, and technical questions. Interview lasted around 45 mins to an hour and they got back to me within a week and a half.
Easy interview, mostly behavioral with some questions about previous experience with CAD. Should be 3 interviewers and the interview process lasted about an hour. One behavior question was what three traits make a good engineer.

They hired a consulting agency to do the hiring process but I was interviewed by engineers from Leidos. They were very nice and up front with everything they had to offer.
