I applied directly to corporate website. Within a week, I got a call from the human resources person. A week or so later, there was an email from the hiring manager asking questions about my qualifications and background. Then a twenty minute phone interview and then an in office interview with several managers. The interview itself was three mid-mangers and me. The questions were mainly of a technical nature, not too in-depth, and not too difficult. After about forty minutes, I got to have a sit down with the hiring manager. The interviewers seem like good people and lots of interesting questions.
