30 minute phone screen was mostly behavioral questions with a current finance analyst. The second round interview was at Reston office and had two different interviews with senior finance managers.

Went through a group case study then solo behavioral interview with two interviewers in one room. The group case study took around 30 minutes, the behavioral part of the interview took around the same.
