Entretien
I got a call from Leidos but my interview was with the government organization they were fulfilling a contract for. The government pays them to recruit employees for this position so you are a Leidos employee but a government contractor. I never received a call back so I called to follow up. I was told I didn't get the job from the government employers but the Leidos recruiter said they don't make that decision. I was asked to go in for another interview and was eventually told that I got the job. Then I had to wait about 6 months after signing the offer letter to start working because the government security clearance took forever.

Entretien
The process was rather easy. I applied on Indeed. A recruiter contacted me and asked me to respond in essay format to some questions about the job. From there, I got a phone interview which was more of a quick conversation about my interest in the field. Then there was the in person at the job site. Thiswas an interview panel. The questions were easy interview questions. In total the interview lasted about 45 minutes. I got an offer and the background process started which normally lasts about 2 months because the position is contracted through the government.
