J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Leidos en mars 2017
Entretien
The recruiter I dealt with was simply not good at her job, or having an off day. She called me at an odd time (around 6 pm) for a phone screening, catching me off guard. I'd applied for two contract positions at Leidos a long time ago and she wasn't able to tell me which one she was screening me for; nor was she able to answer very basic questions to help me determine that. Yet she proceeded anyway.
During the screening I tried to get on the same page with, again, some very basic details about the job, and she simply didn't have the information. As fundamental as which organization I'd be working with.
At the end of the interview she said I would receive another application/questionnaire via email to continue with the hiring process. I never did get that. At that point I wasn't interested in the job any longer. I got the sense of a very red-tape-heavy process lacking organization.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Basic stuff that clearly wasn't related to the specific job. "What is your ideal work situation?"
