Decent interview experience 1 - Recruiter Call 2 - Tech chat interview 3 - System/DB design interview Got rejected after the last stage due to other candidates aligning better to their ways of working (read extreme/swarm programming to make up for their poor onboarding/engineering quality) In hindsght, after checking some of the reviews in here it looks like a bullet was indeed dodged

The interview process is divided into five stages, each is a 45-minute meeting on Zoom. Each stage is with a different senior member of the team, like Head of Engineering, Head of Product and ends with a meeting with a CEO. Every person is very positive and intelligent, they ask interesting questions looking for people to match the company culture, the best experience I've had so far.
