The company is growing and is encouraging people to step up and progress. I was contacted specifically for a role that would help me fast track the progression through the different departments of the company and develop further my management skills. They showed me the entry level, and all the responsibilities after that. It was mostly about applying existing systems, and working within a dynamic and friendly environment.

I was invited for a short face to face interview with the managing director. I found the experience quite enlightening. I didn't have to prepare to sell my skills on the table, but he rather spent some time to understand my expectations and ambitions first. He wanted to make sure I would be a match for the team before proceeding any further. I went back for a second interview, met the team, got to see a full day of work from A to Z, learned about the company structure, the work, the clients, the results, etc. I liked the fact there was a lot of freedom and involvement as a human being. I immediately noticed the positives in their inhouse training, with coaches who cared about the development of the team. The day finished with an evaluation from the MD, making a final offer depending on how the day had gone.
