I responded to a job posted on Craigslist.org. I received a phone call asking me to come in for an interview. The interview went well. I was told about the company and more detailed information about the job and growth potential of the company. I was then told I would have an additional (video) interview with another person. Scheduling and communication was loose. The interview was over the phone and the interviewer had a thick accent. This made answering questions difficult because there was no body language to watch and tone was mangled due to the person's accent.
