After an initial screening with a recruiter I had interviews with the four key executives and VPs I would be working with. It very much felt like a two way experience (getting to know them and hearing about me). The recruiter made herself available to answer follow-up questions and even helped schedule a follow-up with one of my interviewers so I could ask additional questions about the role.
