      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez LegalZoom en sept. 2021

      Entretien

      The recruiter reached out to me, wasn't initially interested but I saw their careers and culture page and it piqued my interest Had a technical screening round and then virtual onsite. Virtual onsite had a coding round, system design, culture round with a manager and then another culture round with senior leader scheduled on two different days. The technical screening went well, the interviewers were very polite and friendly, this involved coding. The problems started during the virtual onsite, due to some scheduling conflicts the interview with senior leader become the first onsite round. Had some intro's and then the questions were like why I wanted to work there and why am I fit there etc. But after sometime the questions were mostly like why I should be in a principal role and started asking about my consultancy work that I did 7 years back in a very condescending manner. Yeah I did and so did I worked in fortune 500 tech companies as a FULL TIME employer. After this round I decided that I cannot work there were a senior leader talks like this. But still decided to face the technical rounds to get some practice. Technical coding round was easy and the developer was very friendly and clear in walking over the problem statements. System design was interesting not like the usual youtube stuff. It wasn't hard. Not saying people should avoid this, may its my luck that I had to face a person like this in my interview there. The technical rounds are worth a shot

      Signed an NDA cant share them. But since I was focussed on front end. My coding questions were mostly around array manipulations, leet code easy medium.
