Thanks for your feedback. It saddens us to hear of a poor recruiting experience as we take a lot of pride in the effort and thought that goes into connecting with potential Zoomers with a positive and caring spirit. While priorities do change from time to time as they do in any business, it’s not regular practice for us to make shifts like the one you described. We’ll investigate this matter specifically and make sure the people involved in your experience see your review.
