It was a four step process, not very tech focused, not indicative of what it really ended up being like. It was pretty simple and straight forward, but like most places they made it seem a lot different than it ended up being after I started the job. One of the weird things was a manage I interviewed with said something like "if you're willing to put in the extra hours, you know 45 or more hours a week" you really have the opportunity to do a lot here. I should have spent a little more time listening and thinking about how they described the work environment and how the team worked together.
