J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Leeds Teaching Hospitals (Leeds, England) en mars 2023
Entretien
The interview process seems to be a one stage interview, where they ask you a number of question to gauge your level of expertise (very odd to have a one stage interview for a role at this technical level) You apply online filling out your information and also adding some supporting evidence. Personally after the interview I was given a day where I would know if I was successful or not. A few days passed after that and I heard nothing until I had to personally chase up the outcome. So in essence they found their candidate and decided not to advise unsuccessful contacts of the outcome. Very unprofessional. The interviews timing itself was booked for 1:30pm on the NHS platform but the interview itself was booked on MS Teams for 1pm. I joined at 1pm and had to wait half an hour before the interview even started. All seemed very unprofessional and unorganised. Not a good experience.
