A normal interview with an assignment. I spent 12 hours finishing the assignment. Then it took them 3 weeks to get the feedback and they have unrealistic expectations for the quality of this assignment. They didn't let me know the specific criteria but only pick them out after I delivered the assignment. It feels like they don't have enough respect for the effort of the candidates. Very frustrating experience.
