I had a contact who worked at the company and approached him for an opportunity a he previously offered. He referred me to HR representative who on her end asked really basic questions which could basically be answered from my resume. She spent a lot of time explaining what the company and the position are about (which I knew already from my own research). Shortly after (maybe couple of days later) I was invited for an interview with the Sales Director. The interview was casual and more focused on personality. The odd thing was that he seemed to like talking about the position, the company and how amazing was everything there, rather than actually interviewing me. At the end of the interview I was told that he'll send me details to come for a "trial" day the following week. He even asked me what is my availability. I followed up with a "Thank you" and nothing after that... very disrespectful in my opinion as I was told to be available for a specific day.
