I first applied on the company’s website and submitted all the forms and documentation. I then met with the program directors at the time at the site for an in person interview. After negotiating pay, I was hired on the spot and signed more paperwork. Last thing I had to do was background checks and fingerprinting for DOE.

Have you worked with middle school children before of this demographic? How well do you handle confrontation? Why do you want to work with our school program?
