Very friendly. I spoke with two people from the organisation and I just got the best feeling. I had to take myself out of the process due to personal circumstances so I didn't finish the process. However, I must say I got such a good feeling of the culture of the company that I will for sure reach out to them if other opportunities comes up in the future.

The main focus was on me as a person and how I deal with certain situations rather than looking at my career achievements. I believe this would perhaps be due to wanting someone who would fit into the business and team. The job you can learn but you can't change who you are.
