The interview process was quite thorough and well-structured, consisting of multiple stages, including an initial screening, technical assessment, and several follow-up discussions with both team members and management. While the duration was longer than expected, everything was handled professionally and communication was consistent throughout. Compared to other companies, it was still relatively efficient, but the time investment required is worth mentioning.

I had an overall positive experience with the interview process. The process was completed within a month and consisted of 4 steps. An initial meeting with the Talent Acquisition manager, a technical assessment, a meeting with the company's engineers and finally a meeting with its founders. Everyone involved from their side was totally friendly, pragmatic and showed respect to the interviewee's time. During the process, I found them to have an excellent engineering culture, no politics, vision for what they do and last but not least, the way to succeed in the company.
