Applied through LinkedIn and then got called for onsite interviews. There were two interviews and both took place on the same day;
The first one was mainly behavioral and its aim was to make sure that I would be a good fit for the culture of the company. In this one they were interested in knowing whether I would be a good fit for the team based / cross functional environment of the company. They also wanted to know if I was detail oriented because that is important for the position.
The second interview was with the VP. She seemed both nice and stern at the same time. This interview was more about finding out my abilities and accomplishments in sales. She was interested in numbers and evaluating whether I will be good for the sales role. So make sure you have some numbers and percentages to show.
