Personal interview with HR and Functional director jointly, technical, experience, social and pay related questions, not very smart process of interview. Seemed no active roll from HR. There was not much involvement. All in all, it was normal interview process.

A phone screening interview was conducted by a recruiter that presented the opportunity. The interviews were conducted at Lear HQ in Southfield, Michigan. The first round of interviews included the Hiring Director and a HR Manager. The second round included the Hiring Manager and two peers.
