I applied to the internship online, then about three weeks later they hired me for the position. They sent an offer email for the job. I responded back immediately that I'd love to work for them. An employee from HR contacted me via email and phone within that week to start the hiring paperwork. It's been a wonderful opportunity and I'm so sad that my internship is going to end soon. It's been a great almost four months. I wish they'd let me work for them forever. The employees are extremely kind and helpful. I love the work that I get to do for them. I've learned a lot too! It's been such a pleasure to work for a fantastic company like Lear. Highly recommended!

Entretien
First interview was technical with Engineers from dev/test teams. The second one is with the HR team. The questions were practical, they focus on problem solving skills and communication skills. The overall process is smooth but a bit long.

The process was applicant friendly and not stressful at all. the GD process (which was round 1) was based on current affairs and went smoothly because of the moderator's deftness at conducting a good GD. then there were Personal Interaction rounds, which go on for quite a long time, but honestly, they are a lot of fun. the candidate can get to be his/her absolute candid self without the fear of biased judgement. the interviewers are strict professionals and act by the company's guidelines only. without letting their personal opinions come into play, which makes the process really fair.
