We had a quick phone screening followed by a marathon interview day where I met with 7 people from my level all the way up to 2 VPs. These meetings felt casual and friendly and I was immediately at ease. After establishing that it was a good fit for the team, I sat for a "top-grading" interview before accepting an offer.
