The interview process was fine in terms of communication, however, I don't know if the process is as efficient as it could be. For example, after the hiring manager interview, they ask to come on site to meet with the team, after there I believe there is another onsite visit where you'd be asked to present/ demo the product. While this does help in vetting candidates, my concern is that it prolongs the process where other teams usually have the on-site as the final stage. No negative feedback on that process just more of a concern being able to attract talent.
