I applied to Outside Sales position in Northern NJ for the Stair Lift division. After filling out an external application, I was emailed by one of their recruiters. They said they liked my experience and sent me a calendly invite to select a very specific time for a first phone interview. I selected a 10:20 am slot on a Wednesday which was ten days out at the time. Multiple reminders were sent to me asking for my confirmation of attendance. I responded Yes to each one. 10:25 comes and I send an email to the contact asking if we were still on. There has been no response as of 10:52.

Nothing. They booked an interview and failed to show or communicate why it wasn't held.

Fairly informal process which included an interview with Theo with basic questions asked mostly discussing my resume. There was only one interview which lasted about one hour. Overall, it was an easy process.

set up over the phone interview with multiple branches of Leaf Home.
4 in total.
They messaged me 5 times reminding me of the interview and each time they either never called or sent me an email canceling 10 minutes before the interviews with no reason as to why. No response ever. Big red flag for a business.
