Typical work history review, past employers. Asked about how successful I was compared to other coworkers. Strong focus on ability to close a sale on a single visit. The regional manager wanted to make sure I understood the product and brand. He wanted someone who could display enthusiasm and believe in the company.

The interview process was smooth and easy. The actual company is basically a pyramid scheme where you are your own boss for minimum wage. Monday-Saturday you work. Company culture seemed good and there was great structure. Again, not for everyone.

Simple and cut to the details. If you can sell or are coachable this will work for you. Keep an open mind and listen to the ops managers they’re mangers because of their performance when they were sales reps.

Friendly, over the phone interview. Everyone down the line was helpful and made it easy to understand the process. Pretty straight forward process. Making it easy to understand what the job entailed and the duties you are responsible for.
