There were 2 phone interviews, one with the People Manager and another with a manager on the team. Then, one excel exam. And one in person interview with a few team members.
During the in person interview, they were mainly focused on behaviorial questions like how I would handle certain situations than technical questions. Another focus of theirs is whether I would not only be a good fit in the team, but also within the company and if I would thrive in their company culture
The People Manager was really transparent throughout the process and incredibly friendly. She made the whole interview process way more enjoyable than they usually are. Even when letting me know that I didn’t get the job, she called to give me notes and thoughts from the team.
