There is no formal interview. If you test and meet their credentials and they have a spot for you, you're in. I initially applied for position of Title Quality Assurance Agent back in Jan. 2012. I received an email stating they had positions open for Title Duplicate Checking and provided a link to review guidelines and test for eligibility. A day later I received another email advising that I had passed and instructing me on next steps. Another day later received another email asking for login information and tax ID info. I was then free to login and begin working.
