I kept getting emails for weeks telling me to fill out a survey before I could do an interview, but none of the survey links worked. I contacted their support to report it and received no feedback. Finally after 3 weeks they sent me a survey link that worked, and I was immediately disqualified for not answering the way they wanted, even though I'm extremely qualified for the job with 20 years of direct experience in their requirements.
The interviewer never showed up for our phone interview and didn't bother to cancel. After a few emails to see if we needed to reschedule, she finally followed up and said sorry there were no jobs for me despite the fact that all the jobs were still showing up as available on their career site.
