The first interview went really well but then I did a 4 hour performance task and was told I wasn't moving forward- no feedback or anything. It was disappointing to spend so much time on a project to hear nothing about what was missing or what I could have done better.

Be careful with this company. It has an admirable philosophy and vision. The HR department leaves much to be desired. Sloppy. Unprofessional. And the process is not quick, which means you may miss out on opportunities waiting for this company.
